The garage door buckled when I tried to open it, because the spring broke. i needed a new garage door quick. I called the manufacturer of the previous door and this is who they recommended.
The came to give me a quote the same day that I called. And two days later they came to install the door. They arrived on time, and their installer was friendly and informative. The door is working well, now, two months after install. And it is an insulated door, so it is stronger than the one before.
They were great.

Great quality and service! The garage door and opener were installed quickly on a Saturday morning - the old door and opener, chain link parts were taken away and the garage was cleaned. Very good job overall!

Adam's put in my door 8 years ago, about two years ago I used them again for a new opener (I did not replace with the new door) and today for spring replacement. Always on time and always good service. John was the service tech today. He takes his coffee black.

Replaced my garage door with these folks when we bought our home. The invoice stipulates a 1 year warranty on parts and labour. Before the first year was up, the rubber padding at the bottom became torn up on one end. I called to have the door serviced and was charged $150 to replace the rubber!! Was told that only mechanical failures are covered by warranty.

This was the 2nd door I had installed from them in 6 months. One was at a rental property and now on my personal residence. I have also referred them to a couple of clients. Their prices are good, hence I will put up with the subpar communication, average service and grumpy installers.
Went to select a door, Dave the owner did not mention at that time that the promotional windows that were included were only insulated/thermal on the 2 inch insulated door. We ordered the 1 3/8 inch door at which time he did not say the windows were not insulated on this width door. After the install we realized the windows were not double pane. Called and left 5-6 messages for Dave and an email, but did not get a response, so I went to the showroom and he said he did not recall our conversation even though I had notes on the brochure. He just said the the insulated windows only came with the 2 inch door which he had not said at our initial meeting. He offered to replace the ones which came in the door with thermal units for an extra $190, which I declined. Moral of the story is if you are going to use Adams, make sure everything is CLEARLY in writing when you discuss it with Dave at the time of booking the order. Will only refer them with extreme caution and no liability except decent price.

Very easy to deal with - was very accommodating and price charged was exactly as quoted. Was flexible to my schedule, which was great, and was able to have the new door installed the day after Dave sent his team to evaluate my garage. Very impressed with timing, and new door installed. Price was very competitive.

I paid for about 4 garage doors from Adams Garage System. All 4 garage door broke in a year because the some nails loosen and fell apart. I called them more then 20 times at but they never pick up. Very bad service and not trustful.
