We called Atlas care today as we had an issue with our AC unit turning on and off. Right off the bat, we received amazing service from the service coordinator, Claire, the after hours coordinator, and ultimately, our service tech, Steve. Everyone we encountered for this service was impeccable!
Steve answered our after service call within 15 minutes of our call. He came to our home within the time he said (within the hour). He identified the problem and fixed in. We were very impressed with Atlas today and the impeccable service on what of the hotter days of the year.
