Alex was amazing, and guided us through the options and we decided on the Mitsubishi ductless heat pump, two of them. Jid was the installer, he worked in a professional and efficient manner, worked late to get the two units installed. He took away the old scrap units, cleaned up the worksite and took the time to explain the functioning of the units ensuring that they performed well before he left. Alex checked in with me by phone and then attended on site to ensure everything was proceeding as planned. Alex proved to be very knowledgeable, experienced, and great at explaining the Mitsubishi heat pump. He delivered above and beyond her expectations.
