Small basement leak patched A+
Noticed water seeping through the left side floor in our basement last spring. Had a couple of companies that wanted to dig outside and waterproof/patch. Clarke Basement Systems noticed one small crack on the wall foundation and decided to do the repair inside. Went with them as per their recommendation. They installed the Flexispan material, removed and replace drywall all in a couple of hours. Even after the remnants of storm Patricia along with the intense rain and wind, no leaks as of late! Thanks guys!
Edit: Had them look at another small leak recently from the back of the house. We did a leak test and diagnosed the problem in less than an hour. They did not do the work but offer suggestions as to how to patch it - work required was more so carpentry/doors than basement/foundation. The visit was free of charge. AMAZING!
