good..... installers haytham and joe were awesome. worked well, quick, precise, clean, arrived before scheduled time, and took time to explain operating the unit.
not so good.....salesman led me to believe the unit would be boxed and dry walled for me. that was not the case. now I have to find someone to do this extra step for me...didn't realize the extra lights were the lights needed to light stones on bed of unit which were supposed to be yellow gold but look black to me.....verbal is not written. pft.
bad......inconsistencies in communication between company employees led to wrong unit being delivered....and that unit was even missing parts. installers had to leave site and go get correct unit. half of the day wasted because of this in addition to being inconvenienced that the work area was not ready for me
to either paint or apply stonework to finish.
