Furnace replacement and AC install
I had a 13+ year old furnace that was giving me troubles and I decided I'd rather have a new one I don't have to worry about. I also wanted central AC installed so it made sense to do both at once. Boris came to the house the same day I called him and gave me a quote on the spot, explained what it includes, and explained the warranty (10 years parts and labour on both units!). I called him the next day and said "go" and they were at my house early the next week to do the install. It took an entire day, the guys were very clean and didn't leave me with any mess at all to clean up. Everything works great and the furnace is way quieter than my old one.
Keep in mind I have a small house (downtown TO) so the price of my units reflect that, ($5000+HST) with a bigger house you need a larger furnace and AC unit so the pricing would be higher.
