Left an email for Dodds through their site late on Sunday night and Monday morning somebody followed up with me first thing and I was able to have a repair person out Monday afternoon, which I was very happy about. My door was performing poorly for a few weeks and had finally fallen out of the track, the wire that connects to the pulley had fallen off on one side, and my door was stuck down, trapping my car inside.
Within a few minutes, Art had the door sliding around again. He then did some work to properly reinforce the door, made sure everything was lubed, and did an adjustment to fix something I'd taken a crack at doing. Now the door is running smoother than it ever has in my time owning the house. Art was really knowledgeable (15 years' experience) and friendly and I'd have no hesitation calling these guys again.
