Our floor drain had been backing up occasionally since we purchased the home 3+ years ago and finally at the end of this past week water it was backing up continuously so we called DrainWorks.
The technician Jim arrived and gave us time to corral our dogs and then went to work assessing the situation, explaining his diagnosis and our options. He then and located and exposed the 'clean out' which had been dry walled over by the previous owner. Jim worked quickly and cleanly snaking the drain, pulling out a huge bundle of tree roots along with toilet paper etc., allowing the waste to finally flow out to the sewer.
