18 people on our street have had their old ceramic sewer trap crumblein the last 8 years so I have seen just about every company possible do this type of work. I was impressed with DrainWorks after I saw them do a wonderful job of fixing the same job for our neighbour. However, I did get other quotes and, they were by far the lowest - as well they stuck to it.

They gave me a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and an equaloly guaranteed quote. They came over as quickly as possible and managed to be here an entire day early. They also called to confirm their arrival.

They were curteous (they even wore slippers in the house, covered the lawn with a tarp and did as little damage as possible to the ground), friendly, amazingly efficient, gave frequent updates and gave a good explanation of their findings. They hadn't even left my yard before we recommended them to another family with an urgent problem. It has only been 4 hrs since they left and my friend has called back saying they hired DrainWorks and all is well.

They also managed to catch my runaway puppy and went so far as to arrange a city inspector on short notice and have gone to the trouble of filing the grant application for me.

My excellent experience with DrainWorks started with the initial call after they came highly recommended to me from a good friend. The first service representative I spoke with asked very specific & qualifying questions that made me feel comfortable instantly that he understood my issue. He was also attentive & courteous. They showed up at the designated time and completed the work as outlined to me.

Great job ! You cannot tell that I had any drain work completed once they left. They put our garden right back to where it was before they started. That is a very big pet peeve of mine when dealing with contractors in any trade. If they clean your space after work completed to the original state, they ROCK and I will highly recommend them to friends just like I am here.

I went outside after the work was finished to see how things looked and was amazed at the fact that it didn't even look as if things were touched. I have never seen such cleanlliness or dealt with such lovely people. Å true joy!!!

The DrainWorks technician, Jeremy, was professional and competent. He listened carefully to what the symptoms were and then told us what he was going to do. He reported back to us after the work was finished that he had removed considerable material from the drain. We have had no smell since the work was done. We will call this company again with any of our plumbing needs.

We were extremely impressed with Drainworks and our main technician Armando. They diagnosed our exterier trap and interior sewer line problem quickly and showed me where the problems were and gave me a couple of options on proceeding. In the end I did more work than I thought I'd do just to be safe as well as take advantage of the City of Toronto's $2000 rebate. All in all I'd highly recommend Drainworks from both an quality and honesty perspective. When you're facing potentially thousands of dollars of work the latter becomes that much more important. Not that I wanted to pay to have this done but I'm glad I followed their advice and don't expect any potentially expensive water back-up again in the future.

I had a leaky faucet in my basement bathtub. I called Drainworks to come over and fix the problem. A half hour later Ernesto showed up and did a perfect job. I tried to do this job myself but I didn't have the proper tools to do it. Ernesto showed me the tool that I needed to get the job done. Next time, I will tackle a similar problem myself. I will, however, continue to use Drainworks. Drainworks has never let me down. My only complaint is Drainworks' prices are too high. I especially appreciate that Drainworks' employees are professional and clean.

Mike of DrainWorks found me in a state after major problems from a previous contractor,they were so bad we were forced to leave our home. He walked me through the problems and the solutions and made immediate arrangements to do the work. The TEAM (Naz + the boys)were profesional and efficent and 2 days later everything was fixed and CLEANED UP, they left my place spotless. To date, they are my best ever contractor experience. Thanks

After using another company previously and being duped with work that had to be done, I was nervous about using another plumber in case the same thing happened again. How wrong I was!!! From the moment I placed my call I received superior customer service. I was notified that the plumber was minutes away and Armando was on the spot within an hour and a half of my call. Not only was the problem fixed very quickly but I received information all the way along from Armando, along with hints and suggestions with NO PRESSURE whatsoever. Not only will I be using them again if I have any problems but I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Keep up the great work Armando and DrainWorks.

When our basement toilet started backing up into the bathtub I knew we had a problem. I chose to call Drainworks not knowing what to expect. As a female dealing with contractors in the past has been intimidating, my level of knowledge and understanding of the problem is generally poor. After speaking with William who set up an appointment I felt more at ease with my decision to call Drainworks. Lou arrived to investigate the problem, slipping blue shoe covers on to avoid tracking in any dirt, what a pleasant surprise. He set up a dig crew for the Saturday of Easter weekend who arrived with Armando and did a superior job, over and above what was expected. Our entire drainage and sewer system was inspected and explained. Everyone I dealt with at Drainworks exhibited a very high level of professionalism. They were very informative, patient, phenomenally clean and personable. What a painless experience. Thank you Drainworks for a job well done.
