Entire house windows installation
All the installation was just completed 2 days ago. Overall it was good experience! After doing tons of researches, we decided to choose Clera, and we are happy with our choice.
Area Manager, Vito, is patient, professional and very helpful. His valuable suggestions were highly appreciated.
It took more than 3 months (a bit longer than my expectation) from order to completing the installation. We paid the deposit end of April, we got the notice that the windows are ready in mid-July, but the installers are too busy to come until August 1st. During the installation, one big curved window was found made wrong. Then it took several weeks to remake it. The installation was finally completed on Sep 5th.
Installation was great. Drew and his team showed on time everyday as they said, they are polite and professional, really good to have Drew's team doing all the installation. However, dust and noise cannot be avoided. They did clean up everyday before they left, but if you have pretty high standard of cleanness as mine, you might have to do clean up again.
The windows look so beautiful. The crank and slide all operate smoothly. The workmanship of Drew and his team is great.
