2 of our permanent windows in the kitchen had vapor in between the panes. The installing company no longer was in business, so we talked to Clera Windows. Their rep (Mr Ron), dropped by to discuss our options and provided a quote. 2 days later we gave Clera the go ahead, to replace them.
Our main reason: Clera manufactures and services what they sell and have been around for many years. This was very comforting.
Also, I watched the installer work. He sure knew his stuff. (He leveled, centered, cleaned and filled all edges with foam. (This wasn't done by the previous contractor.)
Further more, the rep (Mr. Ron), actually dropped by during the installation. Nice touch.
Very happy with the windows and the whole experience.
I would definitely recommend CLERA !!!
