We signed a contract on July 11, 2021 for 3 windows with an installation date scheduled for the 3rd week of August. We are now in the middle of October without the contract being fulfilled. Unfortunately the delay is unacceptable considering we gave a deposit. The sales rep/branch manager does not communicate with us unless we reach out to him. We went with Clear Windows based on the reputation but are extremely disappointed in the delay and lack of customer service. How would you compensate your clients?

We are in the midst of a pandemic and we are trying to do our best with the limited resources available. There is a shortage of raw materials industry-wide and fewer people working in the factory. This interruption has delayed the production of several customers orders.
