We had 7 custom windows made to our specifications and satisfaction. Dave, our installer, was pleasant, punctual, efficient and knowledgeable in every aspect. The windows and the installation job more than meet our expectations.

Over the past several years, I have begun a systematic replacement of my windows and doors. I contacted John McKenzie from Clera Windows and doors / FM Industries. The first project was a sliding glass patio door. John and Carl were so professional and competent that I had them return to redesign my family room (removal of floor to ceiling brick natural fireplace - to accommodate 5 new windows and a new door. The room is bright and everything I had hoped for - thanks to my new windows and the affable installers who went above and beyond my expectations. This year, they installed a new $8000 front entry system. I am thrilled. I feel confident that John will measure to perfection and provide exactly what want. John and Carl are a top team that I plan to work with for years to come !

Bought our house and wanted to do some updates to improve the look of the house. Chris our sales rep was very helpful in choosing the right windows with the right look for our place all while keeping inside of our budge. It's been almost a month since the install and there has been a noticeable difference in how little the A/C comes on now. I purchased a back door and a door into the garage from Gary Gainham at Clera Windows and Doors in 2011. I was very happy with the quality of the doors and the installation was done by professionally trained installers. I was totally satisfied with these doors so I purchased a third door yesterday. I would recommend Clera Windows and Doors to my friends and neighbours.

I had Clera back for the 3rd time in a year; this time to replace my front door (previous jobs were replacing all the house windows). I had selected a style of door and requested some custom glass detail. The finished door was beautiful and once again Stan did a fabulous install. And thanks to my sales manager Vito for another terrific job! You guys are great!!

Clera windows team was a pleasant to deal with. They did a great job for my house, and I did not have to comment. They are very good at what they are doing and most important, they leave the place clean after.
Some glitches in the way, a patio door was missing from the order, three windows manufactured wrong, but Bobby (the sales person) had those taken care of. It took sometime, but that was Byron's his control, and the end result was very satisfactory.
I do recommend Clera windows for anybody needs such work done around his/her property.

I am very happy with my new windows and doors. Bob Peyman provided excellent advise on which styles to use for my home and the installation crew did a phenomenal job. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
