Friendly Iman came to diagnose our clogged drain. It was an old external P-trap buried deep under the front yard of our downtown Toronto Victorian. Due to our small lot size and weird century old pipes, our job was more difficult than most.
On Iman's advice we replaced the trap with a backflow valve and should get a $1250 rebate from the City. Iman and his workers were professional, communicative, and kept our front yard as clean as possible. Highly recommend! See photos attached
