Peel Heating & Air Conditioning

Waited over a month for an appointment, had provided them with my full address and suite number, as well as buzz code - only to be told that they don't service condos the day of the appointment, after I had waited the full time for them to show up (and took the afternoon off work.) Shoddy communication - clearly not a trustworthy organization.

Our 24 year old gas furnace recently conked out. After checking around we ended up dealing with Michael from Peel Heating & Air Conditioning. Michael made an excellent presentation of our options and clearly explained any questions we had. The installation went smoothly and Michael followed up as promised.

Five Star Service. We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Peel Heating & Air Conditioning. From the repair man to the sales representative (Carol Tomalin) to the three men that came to install our new furnace and air conditioner (Maurice and I wish I could remember all their names) all were pleasant, knowledgeable and we were very satisfied. We have been using your company for over 20 years now and have recommended your services to family and friends in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

When Michael Johne came to our home, we knew we had someone we could trust. Michael was extremely personable, gave us all the information on furnaces / air conditioners so we could make a very informed decision & was happy to answer all of our questions. We had 3 of your best installers on our job! Marcel, Ryan and Matt showed up on time, introduced themselves and got right to work. We could not have asked for a better crew of guys to complete our job. They worked together like a well oiled machine. Marcel was a joy to watch work......he is extremely thorough and focussed while on the job but still would take time to answer any questions we had. We were extremely comfortable about the level of work they were completing. When everything was completed, Marcel walked us through everything and showed us everything that had been done. My furnace room was neat as a pin when he left! You would never have known anyone had been there to completely replace a furnace. You should be very proud to have Michael, Marcel, Ryan and Matt representing your company.......they do a stellar job!

Very friendly sales rep. Very knowledgeable. Contracted through Costco. Go multiple quotes, they were not the cheapest but had the most knowledge about system the were selling and how it integrates into home. also, took lots of time to review solution/pricing alternatives to help me make best decision i was comfortable with. Install was great. no issues. after sale service also great.

When I contacted him in 2015, he picked it up right from where we left it a year back.
The folks that showed up were super professional
They took care of everything without any issue/challenge whatsoever
They demonstrated that they had my interest in mind
The workmanship was fantastic
The follow-up and the the responsiveness was superb!!!

Very disappointed with the service … service person started off by pushing to buy a new furnace right away with out any diagnosis … he wanted to turn on power to the furnace after I mention that the furnace circuit board was burnt out. I refused to turn on power and ask the service person to look at the furnace circuit board. With out testing anything or even looking at heat exchanger condition he started to push to buy a new furnace. I ask what about changing the circuit board. After finally looking at the circuit board which I even had to point out the burnt out relay part of the circuit board. He said he didn’t think there was a replacement circuit board for a Lennox furnace. He even ask me what I think was the cause for the circuit board to fail??? The serviceman then ask me when the A/C was installed. He left without using one tool or tester. I was very disappointed I had to pay this guy to come to my house for what I knew already. Next morning my wife got a call that there was a circuit board available and he wanted to come right over to replace it. My Wife decided not to and felt it be best only when I was at home. Later that day when she called back to inquire about price for circuit board … $600 for the part, $200 to install the part, plus additional charges to check why the circuit board fail. We decided to get a second opinion. With this Different Company this older gentleman check, tested, inspected the Furnace. I was amazed how much less the $ charges $ was. I am disappointed with Peel Heating, wish I could get my service charge $ back $. I feel Peel Heating are best at changing furnaces from what I am reading from other comments here.

Having used Peel for 10 yrs for regular service and never had a problem in the past . So I had them install a New furnace , A/C & humidifier. Did a great clean job on the day promised. Real professional nice guys did the installation. Did everything as promised , Thanks Michael
