Beautiful door chosen with Pollard’s help. Installation was outstanding and clean up done without prompting. Service provision inclusive as homeowner always kept in the loop. Problem found on door stoop during installation and this was promptly fixed to enable door to be installed properly. Craftsmanship, efficiency and pride in work was so evident with installers - couldn’t ask for better! On a hot and terribly humid day, they worked until it was right and installed to their standards! Can’t say enough about these guys and how great they were as well as the quality of the product from Pollard and the help received from their sales consultant! Would recommend and will use again if I need other things replaced. Great job guys - much appreciation and grateful thanks!

Fairly satisfied with the performance of the windows. All windows in the house are Pollard windows installed when the house was built in 2015. However, had a problem with one double hung window which would not stay open as a spring steel strip snapped that is part of the up/down support mechanism. The part is probably worth $2 and if the entire mechanism comes as a kit maybe $10. Pollard will replace this under warranty but the service call to replace it $130.00. They won't provide the part to me so I can install it myself even though it is a simple installation that would take less than 5 minutes. The windows are basically ok but this service sucks. I have never before had a manufacturer refuse to provide replacement parts.

House was built with Pollard windows in 2008. Had seal failures within 3 years. Waited until 10 year warranty was near expiration before having the glass replaced. Ended up having six pieces of glass replaced under warranty at a cost of over $400. Now just a few months after warranty period was over, another three pieces of glass have had seal failures. DISAPPOINTED AND NOT IMPRESSED, BUT NOT SURPRISED. If you like looking through fogged glass, go ahead and buy their windows.

Moustafa, I just wanted to circle back with you to let you know that the installers came and replaced the powder room glass. This now completes our order!

A few years ago, we had Pollard Windows replace a lot of our old windows.
We just had them replace the rest of the old windows and were very pleased.
The installers, Andre and Renat were professional, precise and pleasant.
The new windows are Beautiful + we love them.
We like to buy "local" and that was another reason we chose Pollard in the beginning and stuck with them.
We would highly recommend them !!

Great products, excellent sales and office staff, and proficient installation. Good follow up after installation.

The style of the windows is extremely uncomfortable to open/close as the upper latch is 10ft high. When keeping the window open for a few days, the frame warps and cannot be closed afterwards.
The trades came to the house about 7 times to fix it, looked, left...months later came back, looked, left... nothing was done for 1.5 years.
I kept on taking the time off work to accommodate these trades and they still did not fix my window because each and every time some part was missing.
Disgusting!!!
