Wow. Joe is super friendly and very knowledgeable. My fridge broke down on Victoria Day of the long weekend! No-one was open. On Home Stars, Joe the Appliance guy was ranked #1 in Customer Service. I left him a message. He returned my call first thing Tuesday Morning.
Unfortunately, he was back logged due to the holiday. Another problem was that I was outside his service area. I told Joe, I don't want anyone else but him. He realized I was serious. He bascially re-arranged his entire schedule just to accomodate me. He come to my house on Wednesday and in great detail, walked me through his diagnostics. He fixed my fridge in no time.
I then had a problem with my stove. He fixed that in no time as well. He even gave me maintanance tips for my fridge so I can keep it in top working order.
Overall, a fantastic guy!! I would not hesitate to use him again! Very honest and down to earth. Hard to find people like him!
