We got our screens done here years ago, and when we needed to get some replacements, we went back to them. It seems as if the service has gone down hill. We ordered our screens and it took longer to complete than they had promised. When the guy came in to install them, we realized the screens had a huge hole at the bottom, and bug could still come in. Defeated the whole purpose of getting a screen. We called them back and they did come back right away - so I can't say their service was entirely bad.
