I was very pleased with Van Horne Plumbing; the polite and courteous service and the repair. During the repair, explanations and rationales were provided. The repair was done efficiently. I will definitely call Van Horne Plumbing again for future needs.

This morning we discovered water dripping profusely from the basement ceiling in several places. The start of the leak was from an old faucet in the powder room above.
We called Nick from Van Horne Plumbing as we had used him before. He told us to buy a new faucet and he would be there shortly. Nick solved the problem and worked quickly and expertly. Now I just have to let everything dry out before replacing the drywall.
We will continue to use Van Horne Plumbing as needed.

We hired Van Horn Plumbing to replace a kitchen faucet. Nick gave me good advice on choosing a new faucet; and they were prompt in coming over and completing the job. He is very pleasant and did an excellent job. I would recommend Van Horn Plumbing to everyone.

Had a disaster dealing with another company listed here where they bent my pot filler, installed the wrong part, and had water leaking behind the wall. Along with a faulty drain installation for my dishwasher where the water was back washing into the dishwasher.

Nick comes and promptly fixes it. Puts in the right part for the pot filler, tightens it without bending it and fixes the leak behind the wall.

Although the first fix wasn't 100% successful (not his fault, the part provided was not the best), he diagnosed it quickly, went to a specialty plumbing store, came back and fixed it.

Straight to the point with no issues.
