Khayyam Haider of Pesticon was absolutely amazing. He is very punctual. Appointment time was for 11:00 am - 12:00 noon. He called at 10.40 am to tell me he was on the way! He arrived promptly at 11:00 am. Khayyam is very professional in approach and has excellent customer service skills. He took time to assess the entire situation before explaining to me in detail the remedial plan. Once I agreed to the work, he did a very thorough job and went above and beyond the call of duty.
