The Crack Specialists

This property has a stone foundation and has seen water seepage for a numbers of years. After doing some research we contacted The Crack Specialists who responded within days with a site inspection and quote.
Once we confirmed the job to go ahead, with a 10% deposit, the crew of 2 ( Chad and Wes (Jr)) arrived a week later. They explained the procedure and answered any questions we had through out the repair. Their workmanship was very professional and the end result was what we expected. They removed all excavated material from site and the site was left in a clean and tidy condition, with a 20 year warranty.

We've used the services of The Crack Specialists on 3 different occasions now and I've just about run out of superlatives to describe their work, their "can-do" attitude and the fact that they are delightful people. The A-Team of Chad and JR have worked here before and their cheerful, courteous and totally professional approach remains first rate. This time they were joined by Dakota, Melanie and Roman, all of whom in their own ways, clearly share the work ethic that Chad and JR exemplify. At the end of a very long day Melaine was exceptionally cheerful and eager to get it done. We now have a French drain and a sump pump installed in our sub basement (yup, terrible working environment without standing head room, but there were no complaints, only a relentless drive to do a great job).

I must say a word about Chad as a team manager. I had occasion to mention something that I was not entirely pleased about. He immediately took responsibility, regardless of the source of the misstep. He insisted it was "on him" as the manager and that he would find a way to address this so that people could learn from it. No wonder people seem really to enjoy working for/with him. One could not ask for a better management approach, either as a team member or as a client.

I would be remiss if I did not mention the welcoming first (and continuing) impression that Lorrie and Jen make from the office. And to call them most accommodating is quite an understatement.

In all we are happy to recommend The Crack Specialists without reservation. We would never go elsewhere.

This is the fourth crack The Crack Specialists have fixed for us. This was a particularly bad one with water pouring in! They inspected it, and provided me a quote within 15 minutes. They came the next morning and the crack is fixed and the water is no longer coming into my basement. The technicians are knowledgable, friendly and prompt. They came on time, completed the work before the time alloted and explained their work. They cleaned up the mess and I would never know there was an issue from thier work. Great warranty too. I can't recommend this company enough. They are the best.

When we found water in our basement our call was returned within a business day, and the estimate was done the next day, and the appointment booked for the following day!
Chad was friendly, knowledgeable and great work ethic. We had a very large crack in our foundation and he and his partner were done in about two hours, and that was with answering all our questions and concerns.

Melanie and her partner (Romeo?, Romero?, sorry terrible with names) where friendly, quick, and very respectful to our home. The job was done in less than an hour with zero mess left behind. We all know how some contractors can be. These folks where awesome. Melanie was very informative as to warranty, curing, do's and don'ts, etc.. Overall, considering I had a leaking basement, it was pleasant and painless having these folks do the repair. I highly recommend The Crack Specialists if you're in need of any of the services they offer. I don't know what the cost was as this was arranged through my builder so I plugged a number in as it is required by this site.
