Called Crack Specialists on the advice of my father who also had work done by the same great company. He couldn't have been more right. Wes was prompt, attentive, explained the work he had done and the materials that were used. He offered to take away drywall that had been cut away and finished the job faster than anticipated. What an amazing experience! Would highly recommend Wes and Crack Specialists to anyone in need of foundation cracks and leaks.

My basement had 2 cracks and some minor surface repairs. The staff were attentive to my needs including making sure that my neighbors beautiful landscaping was protected. The job was well done and my neighbour was impressed with the care and attention was given - I highly reccomend the crack specialists.

Had the Crack Specialists do two minor repairs about three years ago. About a month ago, noticed the parging from around the repairs had come off and called Crack Specialists to see if they would cover it. Within a week it was repaired. Thanks again.

Very impressed with the service. Timely, curteous and professional. Dealt with multiple staff and received the same treatment from all. Lorrie set everything up and was a pleasure to deal with. The workmanship was very professional as well. Staff were right on time for both the estimate and the service. I highly recommend this company.

We had excellent friendly and very professional service from this company. Matt the repair technician was awesome. I would recommend this company to anyone who has a leak in their basement. We were provided with explanations of what Matt was doing during the repairs as we had limited knowledge. Now we have a better understanding. Thanks Matt.

Before I talk about how great this company was to deal with let me say this: For anyone planning on doing a foundation fix by excavation, make sure this is your first call. I had a pretty large, dirty and complex job for them and they went above and beyond ALL of my expectations.

Todd and his team were on time even when I wasn't, worked hard and long and got the job done in the time they said they were going to. Plus, ultimately when it came down to price they were the best quote I had and came in on budget.

Todd is extremely knowledgeable and so is his entire team. They were a pleasure to get to know and were very courteous considering I work shifts.

I could literally go on and on about how amazing this company is but the proof is in the work and you will NOT be disappointed if you go with them. It made it a lot less painful to spend such a large sum of money, and that's saying something!

I was very pleased with the work done by the Crack Specialist. Wesley Rose was the technician. He was most polite, friendly and very professional. He explained how he was going to do the repair, what materials he would use and how long it would take. When the work was done he showed me what had taken place. Everything was done in a timely fashion and all was left neat and clean on completion. Thanks Wes for a job well done.

I was very impressed with Matt the repair man. He arrived in good time and was very pleasant. When finished, cleaned-up his work area and showed me what he did and why. Also gave me some tips.
