Acclaimed! Heating, Cooling & Furnace Cleaning

In the midst of a cold snap my furnace stopped working. Called acclaim and they responded quickly, came on time and furnace was fixed and running in a couple of hours. A very pleasant service man and I was pleased with the service. Thanks.

Had a water leakage around an old gas pipe in our rental property so I called Mallory Caudron of Acclaimed heating and cooling. We decided to have the gas pipe removed. Acclaimed accommodated the date we needed as the job had to be co ordinated with the crack repair company. A technician called ahead to get information about the pipe to be removed and Ed arrived exactly when I was told he would. He was very professional and friendly. And the price was good! Thank-you

Great customer service! When our furnace quit working, they provided us with space heaters enough to keep the house warm during the below 20 degrees winter days. This gave us more time to do our own research and due diligence for furnace replacement. We ended up going with Acclaimed! to replace/install our furnace and also get our ducts cleaned. Had regular service done on our furnaces. Service person was on time, did a good job and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with their furnace.

During a cold spell, a week before we were leaving town for 10 days, our furnace quite working around 5:00 PM. I called Acclaimed as they had serviced our furnace 2 years prior and they responded right away even though it was after hours and were at our home in less than an hour. Ed quickly diagnosed the problem which was a burnt out ignitor, replaced the part, did a thorough diagnostic to make sure everything else was ok. Service was excellent and personable.

Came on time, worked diligently until job done. Explained our 2 furnaces to us including potential issues. Explained functioning of new humidifier.
Cleaned up after themselves. Tolerated our "inspector" dog with good nature ear scratching.
Glad to have new updated humidifier- see picture below.
Only suggestion would be magnetic or adhesive cards to affix to furnaces/humidifier For future service calls. I did my own record on humidifier see pic below.

I called Acclaimed just before 2:00 pm, in a panic, because my furnace wasn’t producing any heat. In less than 90 minutes, Wayne came to my rescue. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to tell me what he was checking. He performed maintenance on my furnace, gave me some tips, and at my request, made recommendations with regards to a new hot water tank.
Wayne is a really pleasant guy. Acclaimed is very fortunate to have such a qualified technician.
