Great service, knowledgable staff - what more can you ask for?
I had read a review here about CAS's return policy so decided that I would only go there to see 2 washing machine models. I fully intended on purchasing from a big box store even if it was a few dollars more. When I arrived, I was greeted by Angelo Moutoulas. He told me that both models I was interested in were on display but also suggested I look at another one. He showed me the specs and price point that I'd be looking at. In addition pointed out that this model had a 10 year motor warranty whereas the others were only 1 year. Then he showed me all three on the showroom floor. I was impressed but still needed to check out online reviews. Angelo explained the return policy ... basically, products will be accepted if it's defective and approved by the manufacturer. A few hours later, I called Angelo to complete the purchase transaction. The whole process was extremely efficient and I was able to get my new washer in a matter of days.
