Joanna at Canadian Appliance was great from the start. Super helpful, not pushy, willing to work with me, great communication and ended up with the best deal. Delivery was extremely fast, delivery company was quick and efficient. No damage to the machines, no damage to the house and very polite and courteous.

Bought a washer/dryer that gets great ratings online in January. Unbearably loud noise made by dryer immediately upon first load. CAS washed their hands of it (since its been used LOL), sent us to Electrolux who sent us to their outsourced repair service and its been a joke ever since. Three months and 50 emails, phone calls, and videos of the problem later and still no resolution. CAS sells, delivers, then disappears. NEVER. EVER. AGAIN.
Ordered new Electrolux washer and dryer as well as a Samsung fridge just this past Wednesday. Delivered tonight the delivery guys were very professional and helpful! Really liked that you could track the delivery and expected time that they would arrive.

We purchased appliances for one of our clients and was originally told the stove would be about 3-4 weeks. I asked the rep are you sure, because if it is longer we will purchase elsewhere for that item. He said it would be ok. Now we are told it won't be available until end of May which would be over 11 weeks from time of order. Rajesh, our rep was not forthright with us and this was certainly to ensure he got our order. This is not the way to do business.
on top of that we also ordered a range hood that he said they had in stock. we paid for delivery as well and due to the delay in the stove our guys are ready to install the range hood. spoke with Rajesh and he gave me the address to the warehouse in Woodbridge. He said our client would have to go there to pick it up and bring ID as well as the invoice. She went and the product wasn't there and now i am told it is back ordered. i contacted Rajesh and he said that they probably gave it to someone else. why tell me to go pick up if there is a possibility it might have been given to another client. My client has wasted her time and i wasted my emtire morning trying to rectify this situation with my client and am extemely frustrated with the poor and dishonest service from Rajesh and Canadian Appliances. when i spoke with customer service about this and i was told that only Rajesh could rectify our issues and nobody else. well isnt that top nothch customer care
