We purchased a new home and were shopping around for a gas stove. Nick greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased our stove from him and were very happy with the whole experience including his follow up

Natalie Rotem provided excellent service in helping to select a wall oven that met my needs. She was efficient and helpful, pointing out the features and explaining the differences. The extended warranty and delivery charges were also relatively reasonable.

I'm extremely pleased with the Frigidaire wall oven FGEw3065PF. So far, I've used it for roasting, baking and warming. The controls are simple and easy to use and to modify for a person who really knows how to cook rather than for someone who's expecting the oven to make all the decisions. For example, it does not have features such as 'pizza.'

I've noticed comments on other reviews about the fan being noisy. And I agree that it could be quieter. However, if your kitchen is the centre of activity or you're using other appliances you probably won't notice while you're cooking. Yes, it does take a long time for the fan to stop, but, as Natalie pointed out to me, this oven is far better insulated than others on display. Consequently it maintains its temperature better and I assume will also be more energy efficient.

I've had the oven for only 6 weeks and have not used all the features such as self clean but have so far found it far better than my previous ovens.

Just got off the phone with salesman Imran Ahmed who provided excellent service. I was able to place my order over the phone and all documentation was sent to me within minutes.
I have not received the product yet but will provide an update when I do.

Scott Rogers assisted us with purchase of new dishwasher. He was efficient and knowledgeable about products, features and price.
Showroom is large with a lot of appliances on display so easy to see the features as they were discussed. We were happy with the service and price offered. Thank you.

Ravi Kohli was out contact. He was very knowledgeable, and made the purchase a pleasant experience. Our condo is now 10 years old, and pretty soon we will need to replace our stacked washer/dryer and dishwasher. We will definitely be in touch with him.

My second purchasing experience with this company. The price is right. Great savings, on time delivery, courteous service. Efficient and knowledgeable staff. I drove 200km to shop at Canadian Appliances and I have no regrets. Would not dream of shopping anywhere else for appliances.

We are going to renovate our kitchen in May 2017, and has ordered all the kitchen appliances from CAS. Our sales rep is Ajay Chibber. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He provides us with constructive suggestions and good advice. We are very satisfied with his professional service. We will recommend him and CAS to our relatives and friends.

I was highly disappointed in our experience. we purchased a freezer for our parents for Christmas. Originally told 7-10 days. Took 4.5 weeks. was assured of a delivery date and then when I called "freezer is on the truck, but the truck is late" so I arrange to have someone pick it up next day. NOT THERE. Can never reach my sales rep. And no one had the same story. when I expressed my disappointment, I was offered nothing except false promises to look into what went wrong. Heard nothing. will not by here again.

My husband and I are renovating a home from top to bottom and we purchased all of our appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer + dryer from Canadian Appliance. We got the best prices for top brands and new models.
