We love our Losani home! The layout was exactly what we were looking for and the lot was perfect too (backing onto green space). There were lots of options to choose from in the design centre (both standard and upgrades) and the staff was very helpful as well. If it were not for the trade strikes happening at the time, our house would have closed on time, which is unheard of now a days with many builders -- we were only delayed two weeks. The entire Losani staff has been helpful and friendly every step of the way!

What can I say but be very cautious when buying a new home from this builder. There is very little care given to the quality of home that you are provided. The PDI is a joke and don't believe they will fix all that is labelled with a green tape. Make sure it is written down in the PDI or it never happened. They will give you a run around and blame you for the item not being covered because it was signed as "ok" on the PDI but marked with green tape only. When you inform them they will say perhaps you taped it later. No support from the staff. It's a business and they treat you that way. When I moved into my home, it was dirty. The workers walked on my new carpet with their shoes from out doors dragging in the dirt with them. Nails were left around the porch and driveway for the owner to cleanup. I am very disappointed with the whole transition. This is not the builder for the consumer. If you buy, which I don't recommend, make sure to be very detailed and write everything down.

The first day I looked at Losani home I was thrilled. The layout of he house is phenomenal and the way I have been treated is even better. The sales process was a breeze and it only got better as the house started to be built.

My site supervisor, the contractors working for Losani and the rest of the Customer Service Team have fulfilled every need and left no stone unturned!

They even sent me a note and a Tim's Gift Card for my birthday!

I couldn't be happier!

This is our second home purchase from Losani Homes. Our house closed on time, and it is absolutely beautiful! Again, we are impressed with the quality of the work and the design. The Losani team on the site have helped us with a couple of things that were outside of their normal work, and Customer Service gave us a beautiful welcome gift, even going out of their way to purchase a small gift for our 2.5 year old who loves Minnie Mouse! Great builder and great follow-up service.

I was one of the fortunate few that was able to purchase a home in the new up-and-coming Falling Waters site. I've worked in the home building industry for about 20 years, and haven't seen anything quite like this before. Location, Concept, Style...A 10 out of 10 in all three categories. As far as I'm concerned, Losani Homes nailed it on this one!!!. There's no such thing as a perfect home or a perfect builder, but in my circles of the home building industry word gets around. I can honestly say that I only hear great things about Losani Homes when it comes to Design, Quality & Service.
My experience so far with Sales & Design have been great. At the time of sales and leading up to the appointment, everyone from the Sales Team and the Service Manager that was there that day made me feel at ease(Chelsea,Jennifer & Greg) Looking forward to my Design appointment with Ashley In the near future. Keep up the good work in providing the best Homeowner experience.

Purchased a home from Losani with certain consumer protection clauses added in that they agreed to because of a soft build market at the time that reimbursed me the difference if the house price lowered. Losani lowered the price of the house but refused to reimburse me the difference instead told me I could just walk away from the home.

After build fo this day most of my venting does not work correctly but Losani refused to fix any of it, only repairing the room in my house that frost was collecting on the inside of the window.

My shingles have all been coming off for years but they told me that it was not a warrantee issue.

Ultimately Losano will make you feel important until you have signed the agreement to purchase a home from them, after that they will not return calls or follow through with anything.

Completely diaapointed with this builder.

Losani has built my family a quality home and have addressed any issues in a timely manner which have and have not been included in my 30 and 1 year warranty.

Their attention to detail and 'above and beyond' customer service is lacking. For example there are no concrete walls between the townhomes, the condo sign is a steel black sign added to the no parking sign at the entrance. The other builder went above and beyond for aesthetics (map billboard, stone address) and concrete walls were added in between units. Most items to be addressed they said oh it's not warrantable. Would not recommend this builder.

I would NEVER recommend buying from them. I Had an issue with a 2 year old home, and to be mentioned pretty significant in my mind and most others i am sure. They fluffed me off like there was no tomorrow. They didn't even send someone out to at least have a look. They do not back there workmanship whatsoever in my experience. Absolutely heartbreaking.
Mr Runaround....

One year later , and a couple of things required Losani's attention. Nothing major, and they still rose to the occasion to make sure we were satisfied 100 percent! they are always there when I need to inquire about something or if I need assistance. Our customer service rep Keri...is outstanding, and a constant pleasure to speak with. I am over joyed with my house, and with Losani!
