My husband and I could not be more pleased with Losani Homes. From start to finish, the service that we received was top notch. There was no question that went unanswered or fully explained. The Design Studio helped and supported us with all of our decisions and showed great patience as we worked to make our Dream Home a reality. The selection and choice of materials was extensive and we never felt limited by any means. We would definitely recommend Losani Homes to all of our family and friends!! We are so thankful that they made our dreams a REALITY!!

I have been living in my townhome in Binbrook since January of 2016 and it is now August of 2017 and I still don't have a front lawn. To make matters worse all the dirt in the front of my house has turned to mud with all the rain that we have had and now my driveway is a mud pit. its been over a year and a half and I don't have a front lawn when every other house that was built by a different builder has had their lawn complete many months ago. Weeds have grown out of control and I have had to spend many hours getting rid of them. I called Losani several times to see when the grass would be put in and they keep giving me false timelines like "within 2 weeks". Now they are telling me that it MIGHT get put in this season. That will be 2 summers now where I do not have a front lawn and instead have a pit of mud with weeds growing out of it.

Furthermore when I changed my carpet to hardwood I found cigarette butts underneath the carpet.

I agree that there should be a negative star option.
Companies like Losani worth a Zero or negative stars

I was hoping actually to have read these reviews before purchase maybe it was to help me not to buy from this builder at all

Please if you are still thinking , don't buy from them at ALL

misleading and fake advertise , when it comes to the construction worse materials and not building the houses as per the site plan at their website
they replaced the Wood fence that was supposed to be done with a chain link
very low customer service after purchase, even the warranty, they are not matching the minimum level
I had a hardwood broken part that was reported in my forms and they didn't wat to fix it, they tried to bribe me with spare hardwood parts and to fix it myself and then they said, this part is out of stock ,... and finally when I insisted to fix it, they did it very bad and made the parts around it squeezing and broken as well ,...

There should be a negative star option. Please avoid this builder at all costs. Everything seems great at the beginning. Staff are courteous and respond quickly – but then construction starts. The silo’s of the company (Sales Center, Design Center, Construction) cannot get anything correct, and all of the information is misleading; so be prepared for the mistakes. Once they have your money – you no longer matter. You’ll run into countless issues that aren’t covered in your sales agreement. Sales reps are dishonest, the design center over promises and under delivers, and construction is low quality material sought out to be completed by the contractor who is the lowest bidder. They are absolutely horrible. Once you live through all of this, you’ll trade fancy emails with customer service who again, will over promise and under deliver. Then you’ll engage Tarion, because they’ll help right? Don’t be fooled. Tarion is a fictional coverage made up of builders who are only out to protect themselves. The federal government has been made aware of the crack in Tarion, and is moving to create a government owned entity that will replace it. In the end your left with a home that has so many issue’s and flaw’s you’ll need to pay a contractor to come in to fix them (because the builder and Tarion wont) or you’ll sell it out of frustration and explain to every viewer of the home how pleasant your experience with Losani was. I hope you found this review helpful and have selected another builder.

Appointments were kept and workers always arrives on time. Work was always done right away and have always had my questions answered in detail. I would buy another home from Loasani and recommend them to friends and family.

This is my first new build house purchase from Losani Homes. I have purchased from another builder before so I am no stranger to the process and end result.
I would rate Losani a 12/10. It was a very pleasurable experience dealing with the whole team. From the sales people, design center, framing walkthrough, PDI, construction and warranty manager. The quality of the construction is top notch. I would highly recommend Losani Homes
