Delivered as promised!!! We went out for quotes and choose Pro Concrete based on design, warranty and the prove of quality on our 5 year old drive way. The crews worked clean, efficient and on time. All steps where well coordinated and organized. I also appreciated that Silvio worked well with my contractor and his understanding in the delay of obtaining a building permit. Before paying the bill, I requested the prove of the concrete used at the patio. No surprise here - as promised 35MPA . Thank you Pro Concrete (Silvio, Denis, Gerard and all others). Pro Concrete just finished our new driveway, sidewalk and patio, and we are very happy with their work. The guys were very knowledgaable and professional, helping us design the shape and colours, patiently explaining the process step by step, answering all our questions and responding to phone calls. The price was a little better than their competitors and the driveway looks great. Sylvio even adjusted the schedule to suit our needs, and regularly checked the quality and progress of the work.

In the many years of home ownership, purchasing and having work done either in the home or outside we have never dealt with a better company than Pro Contrete. We had our walkways replaced in late October and very soon after we noticed that there were problems with the cement. It was mottled and through the winter it began to crumble. Before the winter Silvio came and inspected it, told us that he would look into it in the spring, I honestly thought that we were going to have to live with this and that as so many others have done, once the money was given we would face excuses and disappearance. But that was not so!!!
Silvio came and talked with us,explained that when he does a job he wants it to look just as if it was his house being done. The very next day the crew was here to jack hammer the entire work that had been done, a brand new beautiful walkway was installed and the house looks great. But what is more impressive is the way that Silvio and his company treated us. They were honest, had integrity, were kind, and generous. There are not enough words to commend this company and their work. We are so pleased and thankful for all they did, for standing behind their work and treating us with dignity. The rating only goes to 10 but in our eyes they deserve at least 20! Thanks so much Silvio and I confess that my husband was much more trusting of you intially, but I am completely and fully on board with him.

I just wanted to say that Pro Concrete was efficient and punctual and very interested in what we wanted for our driveway the curb appeal was raised 100%. the house looked so different that I didn't think the house was mine. GREAT JOB AND THANK YOU

Proconcrete designed and installed exposed aggregate patio for our backyard. The staff were very professional and explained everything thoroughly. The stages of the work to be done was detailed and the work was completed efficiently. The final product was perfectly done. The only thing to keep in mind is the scheduling of when the work can be done. The company is very busy and the next available time for the service for our property was at least a month away. Otherwise, we are definitely satisfied and it was worth the wait. It added value to our property.

Sept. 6, 2013 Pro Concrete began work to install a decorative concrete step at our home. Most of the work was completed the first week, some the following week. However there remains an unresolved problem. Concrete was applied over caulking on the step directly in front of the entrance door which has of course cracked and crumbled away. We contacted Pro Concrete when it first appeared within 2 weeks of the project start. They came out and looked at it and we were assured it would be addressed. Now 3 months later and after many many calls to various people at the company, it remains unfixed and unresolved. They have called it a 'maintenance' issue, and we have been told repeatedly 'we will get to it', but so far no luck. We have asked for a time frame and they have not been willing to commit. Yes everyone is busy, but on a new job for a problem to arise and 3 months to pass with no resolution in sight is unacceptable. We will update this posting to detail how and when the issue is fixed.

Just had our driveway and porch done in aggregate with a stamped border. It looks truly amazing. From the first time Pro Concrete arrived to give us an estimate until the driveway was completed, Sylvio and all of the staff (sorry, don't know everyone's name) were so professional. They always showed when they said they would, let us know exactly what they were going to do. We were given great design advice on what would work with our house. The work was well done and they always left the work site so clean. My neighbours were impressed how they cleaned up all the debris. We are thrilled with the finished work and would recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent work, excellent service and really great team! After trying to get someone in to just give me an estimate on work without alot of success, I called Pro Concrete. The sales guy was on time, and honest! He gave me a quote on the spot, and I signed the deal! The came to measure and map out, once again on time! Within a few weeks they were there to do the work. Silvio and his team did an absolutely terrific job on our driveway and steps the house, as well as the back patio. We are very pleased with the results which will cut down on our maintenance costs. The team was very professional and the finished product has elicited many compliments from our neighbours. The driveway shines in the sunlight!

Pro Concrete just wrapped up a job at our home and we couldn't be happier with our new porch and patio. From the moment Silvio came by to give us a quote we knew this was the company we were going to go with. Silvio has a tonne of experience and answered our questions quickly, honestly and thoroughly. He knew right away what we were asking for and drafted a quote then and there, no games, no up-selling and no nonsense. Price wise Pro Concrete is very competitive and worth every penny.

In the package containing our quote there is a list detailing how the job will commence from excavation through to sealing the concrete, and they were bang on with the timelines. The package also includes a listing of other homes in the area which Pro Concrete has done work for so you can drive around and take a look at their other projects.

The crew who performed the work from excavation through to sealing the concrete were top notch. They laid down boards to protect the lawn while driving the excavation equipment and thoroughly cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. They are hard workers and even came to work on one of the rainiest and coldest days of the fall. Every step of the way Silvio was there to provide updates and answer questions, he is an extremely hard worker and truly cares about his business and reputation, weekends and evenings you can expect to see Silvio doing pre-sales, on site or calling his customers with updates.

Overall we couldn't be more thrilled with the experience and the finished product and we would highly recommend Pro Concrete to anybody.
