An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Undergoing a major renovation in your home is never an easy thing - and finding the right contractor can be difficult. We met with 6 different companies before Elia came through the door. When he came over to have a look at the job and give us a quote, he immediately instilled in me a sense of comfort, something that I had yet to get from any of the other people we had met with. From the planning stages, through every step of the project, right down to the finishes, he was always available to answer questions and kept us informed with frequent progress updates and upcoming scheduled work. If I had a question or concern throughout the project, I rarely if ever waited more than 5 minutes before I had a response from him. He and his entire crew were always very professional and treated our home and family with respect.
With a basement project that finished on time and on budget, we couldn't be happier. It's only been a little over a week since it's been finished but we are already enjoying it with our family. We are getting many compliments on it and have been asked about our contractors - who we have and will recommend happily.
