Had to call Reliance this morning as our boiler keeps shutting off in the night and then won't turn on. The very same day they sent Technical Expert Steve Bowden who actually came 1.5 hours before they were scheduled. Steve was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint the issue very quickly. He was kind enough to take me through the operations of our boiler and how to troubleshoot any potential problems. Great guy.
