Premier North Windows and Doors

Over the past few years we have used Premier North Windows & Doors exclusively for our windows and doors replacements. We have replaced our front door, large bow front window and most recently, a dining room window and garage door. Haig the salesperson is professional, courteous and always willing to accommodate our schedule. We will be having a few more windows replaced and know that we will have the usual great service. I would recommend Premier North Windows & Doors to anyone and have recommended them to a couple of our neighbours who have also used Premier North Windows & Doors. Good Job!

My wife and I decided to replace all of our basement windows and replace our front window with a new bay window. We also needed to replace our sliding patio door. We had 3 separate quotes for these items prior to meeting with Paul from Premier North Windows & Doors. Premier North was referred to me by a friend who had new windows installed recently. When we met Paul, we were very impressed with the quality and value of Premier North's products. We are fairly well informed on window technology and really liked what Premier North offered. Because the value was excellent, we decided to add a replacement storm door (including door frame) to the quote. Paul was very professional and attentive to our needs. He wanted our business and his quote was attractive. Besides that, we felt we were getting quality products, with an excellent warranty and appearance. The price of our quote wasnt our only deciding factor. The install was performed by Umut and 2 helpers. They removed & installed 5 basement windows, a sliding door, a steel side door and built a new large Bay window all in one day! Everything was installed and finished by early evening! The crew also kept the work areas clean and tidy and all garbage was removed at the end of the day, leaving the home as clean as when they arrived! We are very happy with the quality and appearance of our windows and doors and appreciate how well we were looked after. We highly recommend Premier North Windows & Doors for replacement windows and doors!

We had numerous quotes but settled on using Premier North Windows & Doors due to their straight forward answers and patience in addressing our needs and budget. Barry (owner) himself visited us multiple times to review and put together a plan of action. Great care was taken to ensure that what we were promised was delivered. Calls and text messages were answered promptly. There was no sugar-coating expectations. We were thoroughly explained what the end product would be and what we would receive with our budget. Denys and his crew of installers were professional in all discourse and responded to any concerns with a suitable solution. The job was performed in 1 day (all 14 windows and door) with care taken in cleaning up during and after installation. It is refreshing finding a company in the renovation business that cares about not just doing a job but doing it correctly and up to the customers expectations. I had several windows and doors replaced including odd shapes and custom sizes. Paul was very patient and friendly to work with. I was shocked to see they were able to install everything all in one day with very little mess. It also helped that they did the installation on a weekend which worked well with our work schedules. We had all our windows replaced on the main floor of our home. It was important to us to have good quality, good service and a good price. Premier North Windows & Doors exceeded our expectations. The only regret we had was not hiring Premier North Windows & Doors last year when we replaced all our windows on the top floor of our home. So much confusion around install. I offered an afternoon or morning appointment but they set up morning. Installer told me they dont come in the morning and couldnt arrive until 1. Which I was informed of 2 days before. Hard to make plans. Installer didnt realize there was a patio door he didnt measure for and was able to make it work. I needed to go home in the afternoon but installers didnt finish until 7:30 pm. I felt like my concerns were belittled and not taken seriously. Installers and products were very good. If you hire this company make sure you get all the installation information written in stone. I was told thats what happens in cottage country and move on.

The door itself seems a bit unfinished. Some fix has to be made at the scene. The side of the door looks dirty.
The side top is a bit lower than other side. I am not convinced that its normal for all doors.
I need to paint the casing myself after the installation is a bit surprising. This was not shared before I signed the contract.
just an update, today the handle was stuck, I was blocked outside of the house. Have to re-install the lock/handle myself today temporarily. need to figure out the root cause.

Premier North windows and doors replaced six new windows and front door in my home that was in much needed of an upgrade. The windows, front door and storm door are excellent and is keeping the heat in our house. Much better than the old windows. Other companies could not get out windows replaced for this winter. Premier North Windows and doors was able to and we are thankful for that.
