New homeowner-had noticed during inspection that the ceiling was water stained below the upstairs bathroom. However, we were unsure if that was an old or a current issue. After moving in, water started to seep through the ceiling drywall and we cut the drywall to expose the issue. We could not identify the source of the leak ourselves nor could a local plumber we called in for a diagnosis.
We then called Waterworks and they sent a plumber within an hour to take a look. George was great. Personable, professional and patient as he explained what he saw. It only took him about 20 minutes to find the issue (defective faucet) and it was repaired the same day. We look forward to engaging Waterworks and George for future projects within our century home.
