Culzac Heating & Air Conditioning

Recently, my very elderly parents (living on their own with a caregiver)had air conditioner problems - in the scorching heat. On their own, they got two quotes - of 3,000.00 and 4,500.00 to fix the problem.

They requested my help, which as a physician and daughter, I tried quickly to do, as their health was fading with each passing day. So I went to Home Stars. Now of note, out of my 7 phone calls to Home Stars companies explaining the problem, only 3 ever called me back.

But Dwayne from Culzac called me back right away, even on a Sunday evening. I found him to be very conscientious, kind, caring, knowledgeable,and was able to go to them the very next morning. When there he was very systematic and methodical in his work to find the problem, and fixed it promptly. My parents were so impressed with how efficiently he worked, and how empathically and respectfully he treated them.

And the total to fix the air conditioner? It was 197.00 - WOW. The other two companies were clearly taking these vulnerable elderly folks to the cleaners, which I find quite disgusting. But, as a physician I know from patients the alarming frequency in which this happens, especially with the elderly.

So I tell everybody this story not so much to tell about how my parents were almost scammed, but to tell all of you about how special Dwayne from Culzac was. I hired Dwayne to install a new high efficiency furnace and air conditioner. He had very good prices and was somebody I thought I could trust to do a good job, so I hired him. I'm happy I did. I haven't had to turn the heat on yet, but the AC is working like a charm. I would recommend Culzac to anyone, in fact I already referred two people to him.

From the time I called Dwayne for an estimate he has been extremely professional and reliable. Not only was his pricing competitive, he was always on time and him and his associate were extremely professional. Dwayne did an excellent job installing central AC in our house which was not an easy task (100 year old home). Along with co-worker Gary they did a very professional job and left the house clean as it was when they came. Final Bill was as originally quoted.

I had a natural gas line installed. Dwayne and his team quoted a very reasonable price for the job and were very professional in completing the work. After the line installation, I had problem with the gas line meter and Dwayne promptly came by to assist in pinpointing the source of the leak.

Dwayne and his team were outstanding in every aspect. They showed up promptly, early Saturday morning, to install our outdoor gas barbeque line. Dwayne was knowledgeable and very considerate in taking the time to explain the process and the steps his team were taking. Furthermore, Dwayne was very accommodating to us when we had to leave early for another meeting. We felt comfortable leaving his team in our house to finish his work and lock up afterwards.

We were in the market for a new furnace for my mother's bungalow. Her furnace was roughly 25+ years old and needed to go. It was noisy and cost too much on repairs. We contact a couple companies for a quotation. Dwayne quoted us on a luxaire high efficiency furnace which is made by York/Coleman, which I discovered that all their models are exactly the same just different names. He came by and walked me through the layout and installation. Two days later, Dwayne was back to do the installation. When I saw the new furnace, it was so tiny compared to the old "monster" she had. He installed a free programmable thermostat and showed me how to operate the new furnace, which was easy. I’m looking forward to the savings with this new furnace. I’m sure my mother will be pleased. So I just bought a natural gas bbq for my new house(first summer), and needed a gas line ran to my back yard. I got the number for Culzac heating from flyer. I had a couple other quotes, but when Dwayne came by I felt comfortable and at ease. He seemed very honest and genuine. Long story short, he came by checked the routing of the pipe(roughly 30 feet)and gave me a price. We went with Dwayne and we weren't disappointed.
