Coretemp Heating and Air

I recently had a Rinnai tankless hot water system installed in my home. I believe we got it installed for a fair price (remember, you get what you pay for!). We couldn't be happier! Hot water is quick and efficient.

We also had a natural gas line run to the exterior of our home to connect up our BBQ. The double shut-off valves that they installed are ideal for when we are away from the home and want to make sure nothing is tampered with outside.

Looking for installation of a tankless water heater, I choose CoreTemp because of the terrific reviews they consistently got from customers. I emailed them on a Saturday and received a call from Richard within an hour of my email! He provided me with comprehensive information and we made an arrangement for the installers to come to my home. Sensing my discomfort with workers in my house when I was not there, Richard had Chris and Derek arrive earlier so that I could meet them before I left for work. That meant a great deal to me and having met them, I left for work feeling very confident that I had nothing to worry about. Upon my return, the job was done and there was absolutely no mess. In the process, they discovered a crack in my furnace. They showed the crack to me with the camera they used to detect it which I also greatly appreciated. Before leaving, they ensured I had my $300 rebate coupon to send to Enbridge. Naturally, I have booked CoreTemp to install a new furnace for me. The service is prompt and professional but most of all, they ALL seem to really care about their customers. There just is nobody else I'd rather have in my home. The Rinnai Tankless Water Heater is performing up to our expectations, but cannot yet comment on the RUUD furnace (it's too warm to use it right now.) two and half years ago our furnace broke down, richard was first to call back about the problem. the heat exchanger was cracked so we had Richard replace the furnace with a new one. the service was outstanding. as a result of the previous problem we had no second thoughts of the contractor we would use to supply and install our rinnai tankless water heater. service and knowledge is very important to customers, Coretemp does this to perfection.

We have had the Rinnai Tankless Water Heater in our home for over a year now and have been very happy with it. With multiple showers going there is no change in the temperture and minimal to no pressure drop. It has been maintenanace free as well although when we have had questions Richard and the staff at CoreTemp have responded very quickly and have been very helpful. I wanted to write this because many people have heard of the product but because it is relatively new most people don't know anyone who has it yet. I would highly recommend CoreTemp to install and they will answer any questions honestly.

CORETEMP Heating and Air was recommended to us by a friend. We called and asked for an estimate on a tankless water system. Richard was very obliging and provided an estimate on a new furnace at the same time at my request. After a very informative discussion with Richard we decided to proceed with both items. The job was completed according to the appointed date. I hardly knew they were in the house. When they finished, I anticipated having to cleanup inside and out. But to my complete surprise there was nothing left to clean up. I would recommend this company very highly.

Our old gas-guzzler water heater finally gave it up. CoreTemp made the best recommendation, very fast, clean, neat and professional installation for a very picky customer - me. The Lannai tankless product was installed within 3 days of calling. It is performing better than my original doubts and expectations about a tankless system. Quiet, neat, compact and efficient. The install is excellent. CoreTemp should be at the top of anyone's list of companies to contact.
