I purchased my leather sofa and chair six months ago. I wanted to give it time to ensure my satisfaction and I could not be happier.

The staff at Boss is exceptional and they took the time to answer all my questions and give me all the information I needed. I can't say enough about their delivery staff either. The guys not only placed my furniture exactly where I wanted but took the time to put my floor protectors in placed and explain leather care to me.

My sofa and chair are amazing. So beautiful and comfortable, and the feel of "real" leather is incredible. I could not be happier.

Considering the longevity of leather I may not ever need to purchase from Boss again, but you can be sure I will if I need more furniture.

I spent a great deal of time researching and looking for high quality leather furniture before I discovered Boss Leather.
They have a great selection of styles and leather options to choose from.
The sales staff responded very quickly to my questions and sent me samples of leather to select from for my furniture (I live a great distance from the showroom and was not able to visit).
The entire ordering and shipping process was smooth and straightforward, there were no hidden costs or fees.
My couch and chair did arrive about two weeks later than initially estimated; however, I am very happy with the style and quality, well worth the wait.

A month of enjoyment on my new couch! A Canadian, family-owned and operated furniture business, I received exceptional service from start to finish. From deciding on the model, the options, to the type and colour of leather, Danielle was very informative and patient. She even mailed additional samples until I found the colour I wanted. It is such great quality, with meticulous stitching and beautiful leather! Delivery was right on time with friendly, careful and helpful service! The whole experience couldn't have been better. After reading reviews on Homestars I decided to drive out to Boss leather in Bolton to look for a leather chair. We saw the Winston Churchill leather chair, and after being educated on their products and the features that go into making the chair, we decided to buy it. They were able to beef up the springs and leather and they achieved a very close match to the colour or to our existing furniture.
About the delivery. The two gentlemen from Boss delivery were more than anyone could ask for. They were very polite, friendly, courteous and mindful of furniture they had to dodge in order to position the chair.
I would not hesitate to purchase again from this company as you get exactly what you purchased.

My husban shopped a long time for his Chistmas gift and stopped his choice on Boss Leather. It was the best choice. We enjoyed the drive to Bolton, had a personalised service, our leather chair was delivered on time and looks stunning!
We just can't wait to go back for our livingroom furniture!

We are in awe with the craftsmanship, the attention to details (stitching, leather matching), the richness of the leather and its colour. We are convinced that, like an old leather jacket, they will only get more patina with the years and that they will be past down from generation to generation as it is truly a "family heirloom". And, we must not forget the fantastic service.

I just received my gorgeous leather set and it looks fantastic ! From walking through the door at Boss leather we were greeted so warmly by all the staff and allowed to really take our time at trying the different sofa's. Ralph explained to us their various choices in leathers and firmness and between us we found exactly what we were looking for. We received it in the time frame quoted and the boys who delivered Adam and can't remember (sorry ) were really careful and so friendly ! Overall a fantastic shopping experience and i will highly recommend them !

I purchased a leather sofa, love seat and chair from Boss Leather and I could not have been happier with the quality product that I received. Boss delivered the product with the exact specifications that I ordered and delivered the product ahead of schedule. When visiting Boss' impressive showroom I dealt with their sales manager Robert, who was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the products he was selling. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and did not use any sales tactics or up selling in order to complete the sale. All and all I was extremely satisfied with the product and service I received from boss leather. I cannot recommend them enough.

Ordered our sofa and love seat in August and didn't receive delivery of the set until December. Although I made a trip in person to look at their showroom, I made a deposit in August over the phone a week later. It was then that they had made a handwritten mistake on both (!) my email address and telephone number, compounding the delay.

Long story short, they admitted their mistake and Ralph took extra steps to make it right with us (so no ratings deduction). And the product looks and feels amazing.
