Fantastic company. This is the second time I have used them and I will continue to do so, more often now that we have two children and need the additional cleaning. The communication and service is outstanding!

When I saw the hype positive rating and reviews for 416-so-clean, I actually became suspicious! My thought was "how good could it possibly be?". But after some more research, I decided to ignore that sub-conscious thought and hire them anyways. It was the right decision! Cleaning was great but it's the extras that set them apart: Great communication before, during and after. Everything was well explained. The service person was courteous. They check up after to confirm satisfaction... the list goes on and on. In the end, a very well run business that I would reco and easily use again. They just happen to also excel at social marketing!

Prompt, courteous - and a job well done. 416-SO-CLEAN came and went without much of a fuss - they cleaned the grout in the powder room, which is now a gleaming white - and the carpeting that had taken a beating from the dog. It's clean - looks almost new and, did I mention, clean?

Our outdoor cushions are very nice but they were filthy, and had been accumulating a good amount of dirt for a few years. They also had cat & other animal hair & urine stains. Daltony did an amazing job, and was extremely friendly and professional!! He made our cushions look like new again, and they smell wonderful! Now we can finally use them again. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

416-SO-CLEAN did a great job! They were professional and friendly. I especially liked that they did not push unwanted/ unnecessary services on us. They were honest about their recommendations and let us decide what was the best option. We are very satisfied with how clean our carpets are. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

I first and foremost have to say a big thank you to Ruby as you are incredible!!! The staff at 416-SC are fantastic across the board and they made a concerted effort to meet a very short turn around demand with grace and understanding. Ruby maintained constant contact and updated / confirmed regularly to ensure that a "next day" request could be accommodated. Day of, Daltony arrived and went straight to work. Incredible effort in a very efficient manner with a focus on caring for every step trod in the house and all delivered with a smile and incredible results. To add, 416-SC also addressed the tile et al, in the bathroom so truly provided a wall to wall solution. Won't consider anyone else for my future needs in this realm. Thanks 416-SC crew, you are awesome.

We were having every piece of furniture in the house cleaned (couches, chairs, etc), the stairs, and all of the broadloam. This was a large job that deserved a large window of time, but we felt that the service was rushed. For example, there were pieces of dried food still on the couch cushions, and some areas of the carpets that were not even touched. We also have 6 permanent indentations in two high traffic areas that have been left from their equipment. We were ensured that these would disappear over time, but they have not. Now we are forced to look at these horrible indentations repeatedly throughout the day. While the owner of the company came to check out the job following our complaints, we were still left with an unfinished/unsatisfactory job, and these indentations are permanent reminders of damage done to our carpets. While we were not looking for any handouts, no offer was made to make this damage right by way of discount to what we had already paid for the service.
While we were very happy in the past with this company, we are quite dissatisfied now, and will go elsewhere in the future.

I needed to have my carpet and matress cleaned up after I moved into my new house. I found this company through Homestars.com and was impressed by the reviews. When I first called to get a quote I noticed that they were very friendly (I think I talked to Adel). Being friendly is not complicated but it's not always the case when you call a company to get a quote.
The guy who did the job showed up on time, he did a good job with the carpet (3 bedrooms, stairs and hallway). Before doing the matress he told me that it wouldn't be perfect and that some stains would probably stay. Job was ok, but after he left I looked at the matress closer and had the feeling that it could have been done better. I sent them an email the following day, Adel called me back approximately 30 minutes later to enquire about the reason why I wasn't fully satisfied. He sent me an other team the same day, they cleaned up the matress again and I was very satisfied with their job. Adel called me back after the team had left to make sure evrything was okay. He also offered me a 80$ discount on the next service from SoClean.
I really appreciated the friendliness and the effort they put in satisfying their customers. This company cares about the customer, and for this reason, even if I wasn't fully satisfied when they first cleaned up the matress, I would recommend them.
