When the day came to do the job he had to delay due to another more pressing matter but he stayed with me and found a day shortly after that worked for us both. On the work day he was early and his staff were prompt. The extra that was paid for his services was made up in his creativity and problem solving skills. He even comes up with solutions before you articulate the problem. He also remedies issues you didn't know were issues until you see what he's done. Since I couldn't be at home, I also got play by plays on my cell and he made sure to ask questions rather than make assumptions about what I wanted.
