Paul and Matt showed up on time and were at my house for over 2 hours cleaning ducts that were not cleaned by the previous company I hired.
They came in and checked out where all the vents were and the location of the furnace before bringing in any equipment. He then laid out drop clothes throughout the house so they could hook up the vacuums. They did not take any shortcuts and thoroughly cleaned the three trunks of my system. Paul showed me evidence of where the previous guys failed to do their job and even found a loonie somewhere and gave it to me. Now all I need to get back is the other $999 the other guys scammed us for.
To sum it up...my faith has been restored in duct cleaning thanks to Paul and Matt. Good guys that I wouldn't mind sitting down and having a beer with.
