Galaxy Windows

Galaxy Windows came highly recommended by a friend who had their windows replaced last October. We had our sliding patio door, front door, and dining room windows replaced in December 2012 and a second sliding patio door replacement on April 19, 2013. I was very impressed with Dmitri's knowledge and patience in explaining the products and services Galaxy offers. His presentation and sample products helped me decide on what type of windows and doors installation that would suit our need and budget. I am very pleased with the products and workmanship that when I needed a second patio door replacement (due to burglary), I called Galaxy Windows to do the job. The installers came on time, were very nice, did clean-up after doing a great job. Overall, I got great service and products at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Galaxy Windows to anyone who would need the same service.

Dmitri and his team were absolute professionals from end-to-end. We not only secured a very competitive price for very high quality product, but Dmitri and his team were prompt, responsive and courteous throughout each stage of our interaction. We got a few quotes before deciding on Galaxy Windows. Although their quote was in the middle range we liked their product (they are beautiful, inside & out) and the friendly presentation from Alex. We initially only wanted to install windows on our main floor but once the installation was complete, we were so impressed that we invited Alex back to quote on the rest of the home. We have a full walk-out basement,, main floor and upper floor. In total 27 windows, 2 patio doors and they also installed 2 extra patio doors that required cutting and removing of brickwork.
The installers were absolutely professional and their work was phenomenal. They were friendly, took pride in their workmanship and unfortunately had to endure terrible winter weather condidtions during the installation. Regardless, the end result is exceptional and we are extremely happy!
We would highly recommend Galaxy Windows to friends, neighbours and relatives and hope that the neighbours who have commented on them contact Alex or Dimitri for an opportunity to quote.

For a company to receive consistent top ratings time after time says a lot about its people, its product and its customer service. Galaxy's quote came in at a very very competitive price. Staff are knowledgeable and prompt. They provide a quality product, and workmanship is prompt, professional and they take maximum care of property (laid tarp throughout to protect my floors). I can truthfully say this was the first company I called to get my bay window replaced after contacting others which none of them showed any interest. Dimitri was excellent in explaining the product and their craftsmanship when they do work. I was sold on the fact he was honest with me and explained in detail the process. After the installation was complete Dimitri came afterwards to inspect the work and I admire the professionalism and due diligence Galaxy window took to complete the project from start to finish. We replaced several casement windows with Galaxy WD. It was the only company who helped us find the combination of exterior colour, matching grilles and overall style that we were looking for. They took time and explained every option in detail. Their installers were polite and professional. called them up after 6 other estimates they came over they were the best priced and we like the windows the best. After 5 weeks they came in 2 days all work was done (they cleaned up after each window we found nice). windows are excellent and the installer friendly and great workmanship. The winodws look great.

I emailed several window contractors asking for a quote on my basement windows. I'm in construction myself but didn't have time to do it. I knew which type of window and what installation I wanted and I gave exact measurements in the email. I only got back two quotes on double glazed awnings, brick to brick, but Galaxy's was hundreds less. Alex, their installer did a very thorough job. In fact, I dont think I saw them done as good anywhere. Bottom line: always trust the pro's if you need it done right.
