We have had work done from Brad and his Company RoofRepairs.ca since 2012. It started with fixing some shingles that had blown off after a storm. They always responded promptly as soon as we called. But since we were having so many shingles comes off, even though our house was only 5 years old, Brad inspected and recommended that we have the whole roof re-shingled due to improper installation and poor material quality. He even suggested that we have a few more roofing companies come and inspect and quote the job! Can you imagine a company asking you to check out other companies? It just showed us his honesty and confidence in his company's work. We did have three more companies come and quote, they all concluded the same problems with installation and poor shingle quality. In the end we found his pricing was still most reasonable. Brad and Kim were both very helpful in our insurance claim to fix our damaged roof. Their explanations, experience and patience were invaluable.
