Just had a move Monday with Toronto VanLines. Everything went GREAT. Paula's estimate was right on.
The movers arrived on time, were very polite and hard working. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Moving from an apartment and moving stored furniture in a garage to a new house. Crew started on time, providing useful recommendations to make the experience easier and assembling the furniture back as soon as it was moved.

Thanks to Toronto Van Lines and their dedicated staff my moving was very smooth and quick without any damages! They give you peace of mind in one of your most stressful time of life, moving! They were prompt and carful, my Piano was heavy and my new place has narrow stairs and they managed it all. I greatly recommend their services as they're my saviours.?

Great customer service, the quote was bang on. The team of 4 movers that moved us were fantastic. No complaints what so ever. I would recommend them to any one moving. I will be using their service for our next move in about a years time.

Terrible, Terrible Service. Broke my washing machine, damaged my previous homes walls and ceilings trying to get the elliptical machine out of the house. Terrible estimate and the moving guys were unprofessional in every way. They didn't want to be there. One mover actually took off disappeared for a couple of hours. My furniture was really nicked and scratched and stuff just plain broken. When I complained they said I should have complained within 24 hours so no recourse. $250 deductible for damages. Washing Machine repair bill was $275. Ridiculous, never again!! Awful business people and bad estimators for overall cost and time. Terrible service. Do not use, go somewhere else.

I hired Toronto Van Lines moving for my recent house move. After selling my house, I was inundated with letters from companies asking me to call to set up a meeting for a free quote. Toronto van Lines did NOT sent me a letter, instead they called me directly to set up an appointment. Saving me the first step. I met with Bill and he was kind and charming and new his stuff. Once I got the quote, it was easy to book. I was moving a 4 bedroom House - they were very
reasonable and Bill left me with his cell number. Between the meeting and moving date I called Bill with questions and they were answered entirely. A few days before the move, the company called to confirm. Again, saving me that step. On the day of the move 4 young men arrived at my house. They were polite and friendly and so hardworking. The entire move took over 12 hours and these men worked tirelessly only stopping when WE insisted for lunch, a mid afternoon break, and dinner. bill even stopped by at one point to check up on his crew. The entire time these young men maintained their humour and politeness and took good care of All our belongings. All furniture was moved to where we wanted it, it was
unwrapped and they only left when we insisted that it was done. Many, many thanks to Yousef, Steven, Tarrin, and Kevin. You did a brilliant job, worked so hard, and we are very pleased! I would highly recommend Toronto Van Lines. P.s. We bought the boys both lunch and dinner. I only mention this because I can't imagine having people work this hard for me for over 12 hours and not feeding them. I hope people who read my review and hire movers, any movers, will consider doing this as well.

Bill came to my house seen everything that had to be moved. I had a 3200sq ft house. The day of the move, the movers came and said no way will this fit into one truck. Apparently this has happen before. I was quoted $2755. The wanted to charge me in the end almost $7000. I had to fight to pay only $5200. Bill tells me there is an estimate of 80 boxes you had more. He knew how big the house was and seen everything that was in the house. My daughter will be moving shortly and Toronto Van Lines will not be part of that move. On another note the workers were wonderful.

Bill came and provided an estimate for four men and two trucks over 14 hours. The movers were young and able and courteous, always professional. They worked hard and consistently. The move took 13 hours and cost less than the quoted price. Not only that, this was the first move we've had where not a single item was broken. We were thrilled with the move, the team having worked so hard to make a stressful event proceed as smoothly as possible. Based on our experience, we would have no trouble recommending Toronto Van Lines.
