Punctual, clean and high knowledgeable and professional Company in the GTA. Excellent service from first meeting with Sean until installation. Even if it looked impossible to install a Tankless Waterheater in our house, Sean (our Sales representative) and Kemar (Technician) made it possible and found a solution to install the Waterheater. Although it has become more work in the end, we were still within the budget.Thank you very much for all the effort!!!!

Sam was very professional and helpful on the phone when Convertible was first contacted. Christopher visited the work site and advised on the options and was also very helpful and patient in listening to what was required and in detailing the options. This professionalism was completed with the installers, Toby and his colleague, who did a great job in coordinating all aspects of the final installation. If there was a 6+ out of 5 rating, these guys would deserve it. Not only did they give me a good price, but they took the time to explain everything they were quoting. They also talked to me about government grants being offered for high efficiency systems and how they will fill out the paperwork for me, but the rebate cheque would come to me. They walked me through the workings of my old unit and what was necessary to replace and what was perfectly fine as is, even though something might have looked like it needed replacing. When they came to do the install, they were prompt, they worked efficiently. They were very tidy and put down drop cloths from the front door all the way through to the furnace room. They had to take two doors off and move a pantry to get the new units in and the old out. When they were done, they replaced everything as it was without a mark or problem. They even repaired one of the doors so that it now closes properly. And, when the dead bolt knob on my front door fell off, they came back with an Allen key small enough to tighten it back on. They made sure to test everything thoroughly once the unit was installed to make sure both the furnace and AC were working and that both units were communicating with my thermostat system. They didn't expect payment until the work was done. These guys were recommended to me by a friend who has used them for installations in her own home as well as her parents' home. I understand now why she recommended them to me, and I would also highly recommend them to anyone who needs to purchase and/or install a furnace/AC system.

We are very pleased with the installation service of our furnace and A/C by Convertible Heating. Chris was a pleasant introduction to the company. He was punctual, informative and gave us a very reasonable quote for the work. The installers arrived on time and worked all day in an awkward situation without complaint. One minor problem was immediately dealt with by Chris and rectified without any difficulty. We will certainly recommend this company to our friends in the future.

Impressed from initial phone call with knowledge of Marnie. Happy that she was able to give me a preliminary estimate and even happier Chris was able to confirm estimate after coming out. Installers came on time and introduced themselves. Kuman and Erik were both professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up any debris, hauled out old furnace and explained the functioning of new H.E. Furnace. I would recommend Convertible Air and use again for HVAC install and service. I was able to get a brand name furnace with D.C. blower & 2 stage blower for the price of other basic furnace from C.Air.
