The Home Cleaning Team

We have a tenant that is moving out of our condo and a new tenant moving into it. When we did the inspection a week before the move out, we were dismayed at the condition of the place. It looked dingy. Peter's team came in, scrubbed the walls, scrubbed the floors, cleaned all the surfaces and appliances. It took them the whole day but afterwards the place looked brand new. The appliances looked new. The grout between the tiles were clean. The walls which were grey, are now white. The hardwood floors are again pristine. Thank you Peter and team!!!

Our house needed a major clean up after our kitchen and living room renovation. Jacob's team of 3 ladies worked all day and cleaned our house thoroughly. We are very pleased with the service and attention this company provides and would recommend to friends and others.

The Home Cleaning Team is awesome and I've already recommended them to several friends. The two cleaners Jacob organized to come to my condo completed such a thorough job with great attention to detail. My place was sparkling and I can't wait to have them back!

The Home Cleaning Team was fantastic! Professional, courteous and extremely hard working. We just finished a 2 month reno, and there was dust and dirt EVERYWHERE - it was really messy. The house is sparkling now. Great attention to detail - spotless around all picture frames and mirrors, some smudges and kids' goop have mysteriously been removed from the sofa...and we're organized too (from the books in the bookshelves to vacuumed the shoes in our tidy new closet). We had dinner tonight and were talking about how professional the team was - then of course we received a courtesy call to see how things went - GREAT!! I'll absolutely have them back on a biweekly basis, and will do a semi annual clean like this from now on. Money well spent.

This was the first time I ever used cleaning services, as I usually don't see the point in spending money on things I can do myself. I was wrong, this is a team of pros that have the experience and equipment necessary to do a good job.

We were crunched for time as we had renters moving in, but Jacob made every effort possible to accommodate our schedule and get our unit cleaned and ready to go. I was so impressed with how detailed the cleaning was that my only regret was not telling them to tone it down so that they could retire slightly earlier. This was completely my fault though as the cleaners are in fact open to hearing feedback. Overall, great service and most importantly, worth the money.

The Home Cleaning Team provided an accurate and reasonable quotation. Although they do not respond very quickly, they do respond within around 24 business hours, texting helps. I required a deep clean for a condo unit as we had just had a baby and the house was a mess. the cleaning was done within the time frame quoted. The cleaners were slightly late but made sure to let me know while they were on the way. They did a very professional job, and were also quick to correct anything I pointed out. The cleaners were very thorough and detailed oriented, and I liked that they would show me what they cleaned and ask if I was satisfied (they didn't do this for most things, but for the areas that they did ask I appreciated it), I do recommend that they do this for the entire house, such as a quick walk-through. I am very happy with their work as they cleaned my condo a lot better than any other cleaning companies that I have hired in the past. The cleaning ladies were also very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

they paid attention to small details while cleaning and I could tell they tried to clean everything as well as they could

giving a walk-through at the end to allow me time to point out what I want corrected
making sure that I have a chance to read the invoice before leaving

WOW!!! This is our only word to describe the quality of work these hard working people provide. We had a major Reno in our house and the place was GROSS...after having The Home Cleaning Team come in and do their thing...it was like a brand new house!! So friendly and efficient. We are so impressed we are going with a bi weekly cleaning with them. If you are looking for reliable and hard workers and want your house to sparkle...these are the people you want to use. I contacted Jacob after looking into the reviews in this website. He was excellent with returning phone calls and setting up the cleaning service in a very short time. We wanted him to do the job before the Holidays and he was very accommodating! He arrived with 2 cleaning ladies on time. He was respectful, honest, clear and very efficient. The cleaning ladies worked the entire time in a regular pace. They were very nice and very diligent. It took a little longer than the quoted time and Jacob was very considerate of that. He came back and check everything, asked us if "we" were happy with the work.

What I liked about his work:
1. Very polite, very patient with his staff and very customer service oriented
2. No attitude, no hidden free, no fuss. Everything was clear.
3. The cleaning ladies asked us and confirmed with us before going over the time. Also, gave us a proper reason why it was taking longer
4. Jacob was very nice to the ladies and asked them if they were OK and were hungry. I know it shouldn't matter to me, but it shows that he cares about his staff and not only the $$
5. Jacob found spots that were missed (we didn't see them) and asked the ladies to clean. Shows that he truly cares about the work and not just the $$
6. Cleaning ladies didn't seem to worry about making the "hours" and tried to clean everything as per the quote on time. I saw the effort they put.

I have used The Home Cleaning Team on a regular home cleaning service and I'm totally satisfied with their service. Jacob is very caring and bring his team to start on time and finish on time, on budget. The cleaning ladies are very thorough on their tasks and they pay close attention to details. Highly recommended.
