I was looking for an affordable natural latex mattress and spent hours searching online for one I could afford. Found Ton Furniture on Craigslist, called & visited the warehouse. Andy was very helpful, courteous and professional. He had a mattress made for me and delivered it the next day. Contacted Andy through e-mail to purchase a mattress. He arrived on time and carried it into the apartment for us. After he left we saw that there was a defect in the mattress (wasn't visible when the mattress was wrapped in plastic).. We contacted Andy and he quickly replaced the mattress no questions asked. Great service!

This is the best quality mattress we've ever had. When we're looking for new mattress we didn't want to spend a fortune at the famous matress stores but still wanted the quality mattress.
