I wanted a kitchen island and closet storage installed. Having no knowledge of cost or where to start with these projects I entered my project on the HomeStars site and was contacted by several contractors.

Chris came by my home and provided a cost estimate and suggestions for the project. He was professional and came prepared with suggestions and samples of granite for my countertop. His price was significantly less than one of the other contractors. This helped me to feel secure in going with Chris for my projects. I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision or to provide too much money up front.

Chris was responsive to my various requests and showed up when he said he would. The results of both the kitchen island and closet storage projects were above my expectations. In addition, Chris completed a few other tasks around my home that I was unable to complete myself, which I was grateful for – installing a large light fixture, hanging a mirror and caulking my bathroom.

Top to bottom renovations completed our lovely deck in a very timely and cost efficient manner. They are a very professional company and have designed and executed a space that has really expanded our outdoor living space. I was contacted by this home owner who was left in a very serious time sensitive predicament when another contractor had left her in limbo for an accessibility project that needed to be done. As a result of an inability to leave her home for medical treatment she required an access ramp from her bedroom with an exterior door/window so that she could be taken to a hospital if needed. After applying for affordable housing modifications and funding we completed the project on a tight deadline before the cold weather set in. She was so grateful for the effort and work done.

Chris Wanschura picked up, delivered and installed 9 interior doors and 3 bi-fold closet doors in our home, replacing hinges, doorknobs and adjusting the door sizes, where necessary, to fit existing framework. He also disposed of the old doors and hardware. During the approximately 2-1/2 days he was in our home, he was very prompt, efficient and congenial. We are very pleased with the end result.

I am a property manager and I contract Top to Bottom to conduct general repair, major repair, repaint, hardwood floor repair for my managed properties. I found them reliable in their work, on time in their delivery , particularly in a clean and professional manner. Their most recent job for me is for a 2500 sq.ft. condo in downtown that needs a lot of work including repainting, cleaning, miscellaneous repairs, ceiling touch up and other inspection. The delivery was in atimely manner and very professional.

General repairs get piled up and occasionally you need someone to come in and do quick fixes and quick improvements. Although, many companies don't like doing the smaller jobs it is a relief when you find one that does it and these guys were in and out real quick and did the required maintenance professionally without minding the laundry list of items and directions.

Chris was a true professional in completing my job on time and within budget even when unexpected issues arose. I would use Chris again for my next home renovation project.
