Dealing with Kathy from start to end was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. The technicians were experienced and prompt. I have no complaints. Nice personal touches from Kathy--handwritten thank you note and even a little xmas gift for my son. Great personable service!

What are your reasons for giving Mersey Service Experts the rating that you did? I thought Frank the tech. did a great job and he was very helpful in diagnosing the problem - and he offered a quick solution. I guess I would have preferred that he check the thermostat - but in the end he was right - it was not a thermostat problem and so I would bump the rating to a 10.
