I would highly recommend Mersey without hesitation to my friends and family. I am a member of PEO (professional engineering in Ontario) and one of my tasks at my daily job is to review vendors and contractors to see if they are qualified for our projects. I started to review and interview a number of companies and contractors for replacing my Hot water tank and furnace and I am happy that my experience worked for me and I chose the best one in terms of price and quality of work. They consider the best option for their costumer instead of imposing some unnecessary cost (they told me that my furnace is in working condition and I do not need to replace it Unless I want to have a high efficiency furnace while other contractors wanted to convince me to replace the furnace) . They provide me with a contract which they itemized all the work that they will do with a very reasonable price and time schedule. They have done all those items even more with a high quality of work in a timely manner. I really appreciate the grate job that you ( Aaron Dubeau , John Takla , Bin Guo) did for me and I am considering Mersy for my future upgrading furnace and A/C.

John Park is very pleasant & has been our furnace serviceman for several years. John visually shows my wife & I the service work that has been done & advises of any future repairs, replacements or cleaning that may be required in the future for our furnace, hot water heater & ductwork.

Keen on making it right. These guys came in happy. Shoe covers on at the door, introduced themselves and told me what they were going to do. There were 2 of them, as one was a newby. The leader always reviewed the work to ensure it was done correctly.

The air ducts cleaners are very punctual. They even arrived around 1 hour before the set time. Their work was thoroughful. They did not miss any ducts. I am very satisfied with their work.

I kind of figured my furnace needed to be replaced but Mersey quickly determined safety issue and kept me safe. Knowledgeable sales and service staff meant a quick installation. Now the quality of comfort in the house is so much better I wish I had done it last year!

We have been customers with Mersey for over 15 years and have always been satisfied with their service. The other evening, our furnace stopped working. We called Mersey and had arrange for a technician to arrive within 2 hours. The technician Teo called stating the time he would arrive and actually arrived just a few minutes prior. Teo was excellent and knowledgeable. He did a full assessment of the furnace explaining every step of the process. We were surprised when Teo explained how outdated our Thermostat was and suggested changing it. Teo did the work, put in a new Thermostat, great job at cleaning up and he even poly filled the gap in the wall from our old Thermostat. After re calibrating our new Thermostat our furnace was in perfect working order. Thank you Teo for your impeccable care and expertise!
