I kind of figured my furnace needed to be replaced but Mersey quickly determined safety issue and kept me safe. Knowledgeable sales and service staff meant a quick installation. Now the quality of comfort in the house is so much better I wish I had done it last year!

We have been customers with Mersey for over 15 years and have always been satisfied with their service. The other evening, our furnace stopped working. We called Mersey and had arrange for a technician to arrive within 2 hours. The technician Teo called stating the time he would arrive and actually arrived just a few minutes prior. Teo was excellent and knowledgeable. He did a full assessment of the furnace explaining every step of the process. We were surprised when Teo explained how outdated our Thermostat was and suggested changing it. Teo did the work, put in a new Thermostat, great job at cleaning up and he even poly filled the gap in the wall from our old Thermostat. After re calibrating our new Thermostat our furnace was in perfect working order. Thank you Teo for your impeccable care and expertise!

They are really expert at what they do! From the initial visit, everything proceeded like clockwork. They really do provide "red carpet treatment". Service is impeccable. We had several different quotes and their price is definitely in line or better. Pleasure to do business with this company.Rare today to find service like this.

I am grateful to have John Park serving my furnace consecutively 3 years, he did a good job by explaining the status of my furnace & money saving promotion. Hope to see him again next year.

I would like to thank Mersey HEATING &AIR CONDITIONING company for the wonderful job that they installing the air conditioning in our home. In particular several employees stood out because of the exceptional job that they did, The sales representative Aaron Dubeau and the workers Bin and Rudy. Overall we were extremely impressed by the quality of work that we received.

Nick & Charlie showed up on time, laid out red carpet to protect my flooring, removed the old much larger furnace without banging up my walls. Dano under-promised & over-delivered on the quality of both the furnace & AC .. which are both much quieter than expected (happier neighbours), more efficient (happier owner) and the service was what you always hope service to be. Timely, pleasant and informed staff and with no surprises to either the job or the final cost. I will happily recommend them.

Absolutely the worst service ever. 5 visits to site and AC still not fixed. Shows up most of the time either late or are unable to stay to resolve issue because they have to go to another job. Keeps claiming new issue despite having completed a full system leak test. These guys are incompetent and I wouldn't use them again. They have continually refused to tell the truth and absolutely cannot be trusted.

Don't know cost off the top of my head - this was pre-paid.
Work done by Anthony. He did a tremendous job on the AC (and my furnace last winter). He is very knowledgeable and obviously knows how to deal with the public, even with a lot of stair-climbing is required at my house. I hope I always get him for my regular maintenance appointments.

Resat was very thorough and answered any questions or concerns that we had. He was very informative. I hope he will do our next service call..Everything was spotless when he left.

Our technician Resat arrived on time, put on "booties" to come into our house, did a thorough inspection both inside at the furnace and outside at the air conditioner, tolerated with good grace this homeowner looking over his shoulder and a puppy occasionally running underfoot, and explained what he was doing and finding as he went along. He had also come to our house last year for spring and fall service visits. We have been very happy with the service that we have received and we have prepaid for two more service calls in the fall and next spring.
