Myself and senior mother dwnstrs panicing when water flooding furnace room and bathtub filling with sewage...Daniel came asap from earlier job, lterally cleaned and diagnosed problem without what could have been full replacement from dishonest workers as I have experienced in the past. He was fast, honest and I dont know how he does what he does everyday. I am an owner of a real estate corporation and will, without hesitation recommend Daniel (Mr.Swirl) to any agent in or out of my office when they or their clients need a plumber referral. THANKYOU!

Both the toilets in my house were leaking; one from the water supply valve and the other from the tank. Chris, the technician, came within the time frame arranged, diagnosed the problem, went to pick up the necessary parts, and came back to finish the job. All within 2 hours. I was happy with the service. This is my first time using Mr. Swirl, and I would use them again.

Chris from Mr. Swirl was very knowledgeable and solved a 7 year old recurring flushing problem with the toilet in the guest bathroom. Chris was very helpful, polite and friendly and was definitely an expert in his field. Thanks for all the help.

I called Mr.Swirl to fix my blocked tub drain and very happy they were able to send someone out the same day. That was excellent customer service because usually you get someone out 2 days later with other companies, and the situation is usually always an emergency, so you need someone out right away. Bought tank at Rona and they contract out to Mr Swirl- had them come the next day for install on a much bigger tank and very tight spaces. The installer was very quiet, polite and just went down to work and completed it in a timely manner and with no mess. Great local company that phones to let you know when they will be by. I had a very badly blocked old toilet that would not resolve by plunging.
Called Mr Swirl and Daniel was here within 1 hour and solved my problem
very nicely. He advised me as to why I was having so many problems with
it and he came the next morning and replaced thre toilet for me. I am

We had a leak in the pipe that carried waste water from the kitchen sink and dishwasher to the main drain. It was an old cast iron pipe, probably from when the house was originally built in the 1950s, so it was not only leaking, it had an ugly build up of 60 years worth of "stuff".

Daniel from Mr. Swirl showed up when they said he would. He was polite and pleasant, gave us what we thought was a reasonable estimate, and set to work. It was an ugly job but he didn't complain! It took him 4 1/2 hours, including a trip to pick up additional parts, but the job was completed the same day and now we have new pipes and a quick draining kitchen sink.

The kitchen sink was blocked at the main. Daniel from Mr. Swirl came out to fix the blocked drain. Easter Sunday...so glad to find a plumber. Very pleasant and nice young man.

The service technician was punctual, polite and appeared to know his work. It was not an easy install, but he took the time to do the job as it should be done and went out of his way to ensure that the proper parts were installed. When he was unable to complete the job on his first try, he returned the next day as promised and completed the work. He then took the time to thoroughly test his work. The price that was quoted was the price charged.
